**WIGGINS RIVER BIRD DOGS**

**WARRANTY**

    All dogs sold by Wiggins River Bird Dogs, Don Wiggins, and/or Starr Wiggins, will have a strict, seven (7)  day health warranty. It will begin on the first day of purchase and expire at the end of the seventh day of purchase.

    If any health-related issue arises during the seven day health warranty period, the Buyer must a) notify the Seller and b) take the dog to an approved Veterinarian at the Buyer's expense, before the seven day period has expired for proper examination and verification of the suspected health issue.

    If and only if the Buyer complies with the above conditions, the Seller will have sole discretion as to what choice of action, if any, he will take to either treat or replace the dog at that time, or possibly at a later date.

    If the dog dies during the 7 day period, the Buyer must notify the Seller and the Buyer, at the Buyer's expense,  must return the dog to the Seller's Veterinarian before the time period has expired.  At that time, an autopsy will be performed at the Seller's expense.  Once the cause of death has been medically determined, the Seller will have sole discretion as to what source of action, if any, is to be taken. 

    After the 7 day period has passed, the dog will be sold "as is" and the Buyer accepts full responsibility for the dog in all aspects.

    Any and all physical, medical and/or mental injuries, issues or trauma the dog may receive as a result of transportation and/or training WILL NOT be warranted by the Seller.

    NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEES, unless stipulated, in writing by the Seller, at the time of sale.
